PENGUATAN KAPASITAS APARATUR KAMPUNG DALAM DIGITALISASI PENGELOLAAN DANA DESA DI ERA PEMERINTAHAN DIGITAL

Abstract

The development of digital governance requires village officials to have adequate capacity to manage village funds in a more transparent, accountable, and technology-based manner. However, preliminary observations show that most village apparatus in the target area still face challenges in using digital applications, data-based financial recording, and reporting village fund realization in accordance with current regulations. This community service program aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of village officials in the digitalization of village fund management through training, technical assistance, and hands-on practice using village administration applications and digital financial reporting systems. The methods employed include workshops, application simulations, case studies of village fund management, and pre- and post-training competency evaluations. The results indicate an improvement in the officials’ ability to plan, implement, administer, and report village fund management digitally, as well as an increased understanding of transparency and accountability principles in village governance. This program is expected to support the realization of a more modern, effective, and responsive village fund governance aligned with the demands of digital government.
