The journal covers the relationship between management and business including conceptual and empirical papers, leading to an improved understanding of the international management and business perspectives of the organizations concerned.

Management and business studies are important in creating new economic activity which in turn increases innovation, employment, wealth and economic growth.

The journal focuses on the diverse and complex management and business of SMEs and large enterprises in local, regional, national or international markets leading to competitiveness in the face of the impact of globalization. While preference will be given to manuscripts that are international in scope, papers focusing on domestic contexts and issues are also welcome, to facilitate knowledge sharing and potential generalization of findings across the globe.

PJMB will publish original papers that contribute to the advancement of the field of management and business, as well as articles on business enterprise strategies and government economic policies. Occasionally, the journal will also feature case studies of successful companies or other cases that have important practical implications. The journal places great emphasis on the quality of the papers published. Submission of a paper will imply that it contains original work that has never been published and is not being submitted for publication elsewhere.

Papsel Journal of management and business publishes 3 issues in a calendar year (January - December). The journal provides direct open access (free to read) at no cost to readers. The aim of PJMB is to contribute to the greater national, regional and global knowledge exchange.
